في دبلجات ننشر رسومًا متحركة وأعمالًا سمعية-بصرية نعتقد أنها ضمن الملكية العامة أو متاحة بترخيص يسمح بالمشاركة. هدفنا هو التوثيق والحفاظ على الأعمال الكلاسيكية وتيسير الوصول إليها للعائلات. هذه الصفحة توضح أسس النشر، والتحقق، وطريقة التواصل في حال وجود خطأ.
ما الذي ننشره ولماذا هو ضمن الملكية العامة؟
- أعمال انتهت حقوقها وفق قوانين دولية/محلية معروفة.
- أعمال نُشرت أصلًا بلا إشعار حقوق (حسب تاريخها) أو أُهملت إجراءات تجديد حقوقها تاريخيًا.
- مواد متاحة من أرشيفات عامة رسمية أو مشاريع حفظ رقمي مع إشارة ذلك في صفحة العمل.
تنبيه: شروط الملكية العامة قد تختلف بين الدول. نشرنا لا يشكل استشارة قانونية.
آلية التحقق قبل النشر
- البحث عن الأصل/سنة الإصدار/الناشر.
- مطابقة الحالة القانونية عبر مصادر أرشيفية معروفة (إن توفرت).
- تدوين المصدر في صفحة العمل (مثال: أرشيف الإنترنت/مكتبة الكونغرس… إلخ).
- ذكر أي ترميم/تحسين على النسخة الرقمية إن وجد.
نسب المصدر والشفافية
نُرفق في كل صفحة: المصدر، سنة الإصدار، وأي معلومات ترميم. عند توفرها نضع رابطًا للمصدر الأصلي.
العلامات التجارية والشخصيات
حتى إن كان الفيلم ضمن الملكية العامة، قد تبقى العلامات التجارية أو حقوق الشخصيات محمية. نستخدم توصيفات عامة ونتجنب الادعاء بملكية أي علامة.
جودة النسخ
قد نعرض نسخًا مرممة (مثال: 4K/1080p). التحسينات الرقمية لا تمنحنا حقوقًا على المحتوى نفسه — نعرضها لأغراض الحفظ والتعليم.
إن اعتقدت أن عملاً غير ضمن الملكية العامة
نلتزم بسياسة إشعار وإزالة سريعة. رجاءً أرسل إشعارًا يتضمن:
- تعريف العمل: العنوان، سنة الإصدار إن أمكن.
- روابط URL المعنية على موقعنا.

- تصريحان:
1) أصرّح بحسن النية أن الاستخدام محل الإشعار غير مصرح به.
2) أقرّ بصحة المعلومات وأن لدي الصلاحية لتمثيل صاحب الحق. - توقيع: اسمك الكامل (توقيع إلكتروني مقبول).

What we publish & why it’s public domain
- Works whose copyrights have expired under applicable laws.
- Works originally released without proper notice (historically) or whose renewals lapsed.
- Materials made available by reputable public archives; we cite the source on each item page.
Note: Public-domain status can differ by country. This is not legal advice.
Pre-publication verification
- Confirm original release year/publisher where possible.
- Cross-check legal status via recognized archival references.
- List the source and notes on the item page.
- Disclose any restoration or quality improvements to the digital copy.
Attribution & transparency
Each item page includes source attribution, release year, and any restoration notes. When available, we link to the original archive page.
Trademarks & character rights
Even if a film is public domain, related trademarks or character rights may remain protected. We use descriptive, non-confusing references and do not claim ownership.
Quality & restorations
We may host or embed restored versions (e.g., 4K/1080p). Digital enhancements do not grant us rights over the underlying content; they are provided for preservation and educational access.
If you believe something isn’t public domain
We operate a good-faith notice & takedown process. Please include:
- Identification of the work (title, year).
- Exact URL(s) on our site.
- Basis of the claim (copyright/mark/privacy, etc.).
- Contact details: name, email, direct phone or messenger.
- Statements:
1) I have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
2) The information is accurate and I’m authorized to act for the rightsholder. - Signature: your full name (electronic signature accepted).
